Phew!! At last!! Wow, author I hope your health issues are well and truly conquered because while your books are worth the wait I am naturally impatient and want to read the next installment of your great series.
As you will have gathered by now, I really enjoy Tony Corden's books and rate his books as being among the top few of the LitRPG genre.
In particular I love the foundation of the story, the real world foundation that is, a world that is not that much different from the one in which we all live and thus it is a world in which those with power and advantage are only too willing to exploit others, not only manipulating them to their own ends, including their family members, but also stealing people's lives and putting them in virtual slavery.
Corden also takes a step away from the usual by interweaving several virtual worlds. Sometimes the MC, a strong young woman Leah, travels to a virtual world to learn new skills or improve on those she has, but even more interesting is when she follows her enemies, the total slaver scum, into new virtual worlds, often succeeding in frustrating their plans and putting a huge dent in their ill gotten gains.
In addition to having an advanced chip she has naturally developed a stronger and smarter than usual AI. Her strong networking and good EQ help her make good friends that often form a critical part of her team. However, those friends can also be a threat if their minds are subverted.
Plenty of action as well, ranging from magic and sword one on one to airship battles. Totally worth the time and money.

The world building and character detail are amongst the best that I have ever read. I am sad to have reached the end of another fine book but I know that there will be another in a few months time. I have placed this series at the top of my litrpg list even though it isn’t strictly on the rpg side. I am seriously amazed at the talent that went into this series. I Highly recommend reading the Stork Tower.
I love how much happens in these books! There's just so much that is happening to the MC throughout that she has to juggle and figure out. It's amazing how the author has created these situations, making them feel so weighty and convoluted, yet making me care about everything the MCs having to fight and figure out. This is a literal Epic Litrpg series IMO and is way underrated, review numbers wise, and I dearly hope that changes in the future bc its just too good to miss out on!! Can't wait for the next one seriously!!
I love this series it keeps getting better and better. This one don't have the excitement the last one had but it still kickass
So many layers. So many different things going on at once. From continuing to battle with the Kodoman's to rescuing more of the enslaved, including trying to help her boyfriend Thad. This series is a MUST READ for anyone who is a fan of LITRPG genre. I am thrilled with the latest installment in the series. I can't wait for the next book in the series.
There isn't much to say, other than it was another great book.

I do have some comments though that seem to annoy me, although this doesn't take away from it being a great book and I can't wait to buy the next one. Don't read on - possible spoilers.

TOO many plot lines, so it doesn't seem to me like thing move foreword.
I felt like very little of her virtual adventures got done because the MC was jumping from one to another. This could also be positive since there was no real down time and there was constant adventure.
The issue is that i really enjoyed the adventures the MC were having instead of it just being a job she had to get through and to save people.....Again i am just not into too many plot lines and want to feel like the MC is progressing along. An example is that the MC is in this huge world event on one of the worlds, but nothing really happens in my opinion. She does look to obtain another city, which doesn't progress her along the path to winning at all...
I have been a huge fan ever since I found the first book. The series I just keeps getting better and sucks you in. The hero is charismatic and relatable and the villains are the kind you just want to B slap into the middle of the next year!! Cant wait for more and will probably suffer withdrawal until my next fix.
I love this series. Something is going on that is bigger than anyone understands in this world and this book makes a first big exposure.
